We are excited to be moving forward with construction, and your new home will be available for move-in late 2023 or early 2024. There will be 39 residences for purchase, 279 market-rate apartments for rental, and 80 apartments for rental as affordable housing.

Whether you purchase or lease, your residence will feature modern design, beautiful finishes, Internet/phone/TV package, brand new, state-of-the-art construction, energy-efficient mechanical systems, parking, storage, as well as access to onsite amenities like a fitness center, sundeck, outdoor barbecue, community spaces and lake views, all right in the heart of downtown.
