We are moving forward with this project, and our new apartments will be available for move-in late 2023 or early 2024. There will be up to 342 market-rate apartments available for rental (with some of these units possibly available for purchase) and as many as 84 units available for rental as affordable housing.
CityPlace Burlington is truly your place to live, work, play and entertain. Your residence will include a premium appliance package, beautiful furnishings and finishes, energy-efficient mechanical systems, Internet/phone/TV package, parking, storage, and many other features and amenities. You can review all floor plans of our residences and choose your apartment size, layout and location on our floorplans, elevations and siteplan page.

You will be the first to know about CityPlace Burlington development progress, construction updates and estimated occupancy timelines, as well as pricing and availability of rental apartments and condominium purchases. There will be a variety of housing types available, in market-rate and affordable units. We are in the final stages of unit design, layout, plans, features, finishes and amenities that we will be offering you as a resident of CityPlace Burlington. Please understand that these specifications may change without notice. Estimated monthly rent will be determined by apartment size, location, lease term, features, finishes, amenities and services.
